Often compared to a Scottish links, the ‘Châteaux’ course is ranked as one of France’s top 10 courses. Large, fast greens, with fairways bordered by heather and gorse and long par 4s make this a real challenge.
The ‘Vines’ course wanders through a forest of maritime pines. It has tiny, sloping greens along with long par 5s and carefully placed bunkers all of which call for precise shots to be played.
There are excellent practice facilities, and the modern clubhouse is bang in the middle of the course with a fine restaurant where regional cuisine can be enjoyed.
