Our Opinion

A must play course. Fantastic fun! Favourite Hole: 5th.

Golf Club St Jean de Monts, St Jean de Monts

This course occupies an exceptional coastal site, offering stunning views across the sea towards l’Isle d’Yeu.

The first 9 holes are threaded through pine forest and in parts are some tight fairways to encounter. You then tackle the second 9 which are pure links with several holes running along the coastline.

With modern facilities including good practice areas, it’s certainly one of the best courses in western France. And due to sandy subsoil and the mild Vendée climate, it’s playable all year round.
