Sables d’Or is a small family resort on the northern Brittany coast, known for lovely stretches of beach, sand dunes and delightfully scented pine forests. The charming Hotel de Diane dates from the 1920s and is just back from the beach in the village centre. As well as comfortable and refined rooms, there’s a cosy bar with a lovely friendly atmosphere, an elegant restaurant which extends out into a conservatory and a pleasant garden.
